Managing users

Invite team members via Settings → Users → Invite. Assign roles:

Role	Permissions
Admin	Full access — billing, agents, settings
Manager	Hire/release agents, manage skills
Viewer	Read-only access to dashboards

Invite flow:
Settings → Users → Invite → Enter email → Select role → Send

Enterprise plans support SAML 2.0 SSO. Configure it in Settings → Security → SSO.

Supported identity providers:
