Common pairing errors
| Error | Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
OAUTH_POPUP_BLOCKED | Browser blocked the auth popup | Allow popups for panel.botonom.com |
TOKEN_EXPIRED | OAuth token has expired | Re-pair the service |
INSUFFICIENT_SCOPES | Not enough permissions granted | Re-pair and grant all requested scopes |
SERVICE_UNREACHABLE | External service is down | Check service status, retry later |
RATE_LIMITED | Too many pairing attempts | Wait 5 minutes, retry |
If you see
INSUFFICIENT_SCOPES, the agent cannot function correctly. Always grant all requested permissions during the OAuth flow.Re-pairing a service
If a pairing breaks:
- Go to Agent Detail → Integrations
- Click ✕ next to the broken pairing
- Click + Pair Service and re-authenticate
- Verify the new pairing shows 🟢 Paired
Re-pairing does not affect the agent's task history or configuration. Only the OAuth credentials are refreshed.
