Symptoms
- "You don't have permission to perform this action" error
- Buttons grayed out or missing
- Actions work for colleagues but not for you
Diagnosis
- Check your role: Settings → My Account → Role
- Compare with the permissions matrix
- Ask an Admin to verify your role assignment

| Viewer | Can only view, no actions |
| Member | Can send tasks, but can't manage agents |
| Manager | Can manage agents, but can't fire or access billing |
| Admin | Full access |
