What happens when you release agents or cancel your account.

Downgrading your plan
When you release agents and drop below a tier threshold, the downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle. This prevents abuse and ensures a smooth transition.
You keep all higher-tier features until the end of the current period.
Timeline:
Day 1: Business plan (3 agents)
Day 15: Release 2 agents (1 remaining)
Day 15-30: Still on Business plan with 15M tokens
Day 31: Downgraded to Personal plan (6M tokens)
Plan downgrades are not retroactive. You will be charged the Business rate for the full month in which you released agents.
Cancelling your account
Go to Settings → Account → Cancel Account.
What happens:
- All agents are deactivated at the end of the current billing cycle
- Your data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind
- After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted
- Any remaining credit is refunded to your payment method
