Gives your Botonom agent live weather and short-range forecasts for any city, ready for chat answers, daily briefings, and weather cards it can design and post.

What Weather does for you
The Weather skill gives your Botonom agent live weather knowledge: current conditions and a short-range forecast for any city in the world. Ask "How is the weather in Ankara?" or "Will it rain in Berlin tomorrow?" and the agent answers with real, current values: temperature, feels-like, humidity, wind and a plain-language condition.
It runs on the free Open-Meteo service, so there is nothing to sign up for and no API key to paste.
What it can do
Once assigned to an agent, here is what it adds:
- Current conditions. Temperature, feels-like, humidity, wind speed and a readable condition ("clear sky", "moderate rain").
- Short-range forecast. Up to 7 days of min/max temperatures with precipitation chance.
- Any city, worldwide. The agent resolves the city by name; no coordinates needed.
- Fuel for other skills. The forecast becomes material the agent can act on: morning briefings, weather-aware plans, or designed weather cards.
The signature combo is Weather + Canva + Instagram Management: the agent looks up the forecast, renders a weather card into a Canva design, exports it as JPG and posts it, on demand or on a schedule you can see in your Calendar.
How to use it
1. Install it. Open the Skill Marketplace, find Weather under Productivity, and click Install.
2. Assign it to an agent. Optionally set a default city in the skill settings.
3. Just ask. Talk to the agent in normal language:
User: How is the weather right now?
Agent: Ankara is clear at 22°C (feels like 22°C), humidity 55%, wind 4 km/h.
User: Every morning at 8, send me the day's forecast.
Agent: Done: every day 08:00. I will send the forecast here each morning.
User: At 10:00 look up the weather, design a weather card in Canva and post it to Instagram.
Agent: Scheduled for 10:00. The task is in your Calendar; I will design the card from the live forecast and publish it.
Good to know
- No account needed. Weather data comes from the free Open-Meteo service; the skill works the moment it is installed.
- Live on every question. Each question fetches current values; nothing is cached stale.
- City names, not coordinates. Any city Open-Meteo can geocode works; for ambiguous names, say the country too ("Springfield, USA").
- Role-aware. Weather lookups are available to your whole team (staff and above).
