Fractional
CAIO
We set up.
You know AI matters for your business; a full-time executive hire is not the next step. A Fractional CAIO gives you senior AI leadership exactly as much as you need: we set the agenda with your leadership, build your agents ourselves, train your team and stay in the loop.

The lineup is picked for your business
The service
One team, three jobs
Not a slide deck and a goodbye: a working system, a team that can run it, and someone to call when the road forks.
We set up your agents
We pick the right agents for your business, connect them to your channels and tools, and hand them over already doing the work.
We train your team
After the setup, your people take over. Working side by side, we teach the dashboard, how to brief an agent well, and the habits that get good results.
Weekly stock report
written by your teamWe stay in the loop
Which process goes to an agent, and which stays human? We build the roadmap together and keep direction with regular calls.

The term
What is a Fractional CAIO?
A Fractional CAIO (Chief AI Officer) is a senior AI leader you engage part-time, without opening a full-time C-level seat. The job is the same as a full-time CAIO's: set the AI agenda, decide what to build and what to skip, draw the data and access guardrails, and stay close enough that things actually ship.
A Fractional CAIO does not arrive alone: it comes with a team that does the setup, teaches your people and stays in the loop, and with agents that actually run the work.
That last part is the Botonom difference. We do not advise and leave: what gets decided in the meeting is running in your business as working agents the week after.
Why the Botonom team
Advice is only as good as the practice behind it.
We run the platform we advise on
We wrote Botonom and we operate it in production every day. We see what only demos well and what actually works in the field from our own system, not from reports.
Grounded in Türkiye's reality
The National AI Action Plan, incentive programs and local regulation included: we talk about today's AI agenda in Türkiye, not a generic global playbook.
KVKK and data guardrails first
Which data goes where, what an agent can and cannot touch: we draw the data guardrails on day one of the setup, not at the end.
Honest about tools
Botonom sells a platform, but in a Fractional CAIO call we talk about what is right for your business. Telling you a tool does not fit is part of the job.
Who this is for
Teams that know AI matters and want it working, not discussed.
Owners with no time to set up
You can see AI would pay off in your business, but you have no time to sit down and wire it up. You want it delivered working.
Teams that tried and got stuck
You tried a tool or two, maybe opened an agent; it never quite fit your workflows. What is missing is not a tool, it is the setup.
Companies handing over processes
You want to hand work to agents across more than one department, and you know that will not happen without a plan. You need an agenda and someone who holds it.
How we engage
Ways to work with us
Start with a project, add training, or keep senior AI leadership in the loop.

- Knowledge base and first tasks
- Working handover, documented
Setup + team training
Everything in the setup project, plus the training and early support that make sure your team truly takes over.
- The full setup project
- Team training sessions
- Close support in the first weeks
- Usage habits that stick
Fractional CAIO
Ongoing leadership: we set the agenda together, keep direction with regular calls, and hand new processes to agents one by one.
- Weekly, biweekly or monthly cadence
- The AI agenda and priority decisions
- New process handovers and upkeep
- Written access between calls
Designed, not packaged
Cadence, depth, scope and duration are designed around how your leadership team actually works.
Cadence
Weekly, biweekly or monthly, with reachability between calls agreed up front.
Depth
Strategy with leadership only, or in the room with your team during setup and reviews.
Scope
A single project, training, or ongoing leadership; mixed when the work calls for it.
Duration
A 30-day trial, a quarterly period, or a project with a clear finish line.
The team
Who does the work
The Fractional CAIO service is delivered by the team that builds and operates Botonom. When we sit at your leadership table, what we bring is not theory: it is the system that passes through our hands every day.
The team that wrote it
The platform we advise on is our own code, not a reseller catalog.
The team that runs it
We operate agents in production every day and steer by what actually happens there.
The team that installs it
Setups are done by us, end to end, with your team beside us.
We sit at the table; after the handover, this lineup runs the work.

FAQ
Fractional CAIO, in plain terms
What exactly is a Fractional CAIO?
A senior AI leader you engage part-time. The job is the same as a full-time Chief AI Officer's: set the AI agenda, decide what to build and skip, put data guardrails in place and make sure things ship, without creating a full-time C-level seat.
How does the first call work?
It is a free 30-minute discovery call. We talk through your goals and current setup, and you leave with a clear recommendation and scope. Whether to continue is up to you.
How long does a setup take?
It depends on scope: days for one agent and a few channels, weeks for a multi-department handover. You get a concrete timeline in the discovery call.
How are our data and KVKK handled?
Drawing the data guardrails is the first step of every setup: which systems an agent reaches, which data it sees, what may leave. KVKK sits at the start of the work, not the end.
What happens after the setup?
The system is yours. With training, your team takes over; if you want ongoing leadership we stay in the loop on a Fractional CAIO cadence, and if not, the project ends with the handover.
How is pricing set?
We do not sell packages. Setup projects are priced as a scoped one-off; the Fractional CAIO engagement runs on a recurring period fee. Scope and price are set together in the discovery call, which is free.
Can I get advisory without using Botonom?
Yes. You do not need to be a Botonom customer to talk agenda, process and tool choice. When we do take on a setup, we build it on the platform we know best, and telling you a tool does not fit your business is part of the job.
