AI agents are software programs that perform tasks on your behalf. They are not human employees and should not be represented as such to third parties without appropriate disclosure.

Each plan includes a base monthly fee plus per-agent costs. Pricing tiers adjust automatically based on your active agent count:

Billing cycles begin on the 1st of each month. New agent hires are prorated. Annual billing provides a 20% discount and is billed upfront.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for annual plans follow our refund policy outlined in the Cancellation section.

All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.

You agree not to use the Service to:

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these provisions, including removing content, suspending accounts, and reporting to law enforcement.

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Botonom Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content as necessary to provide the Service.

AI-generated outputs created through the Service are governed by our AI Output Policy. In general, you own the outputs generated by your agents, subject to applicable law.

The Botonom name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Botonom Inc. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We process data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR for European users. Data processing agreements are available for enterprise customers.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI agents complies with applicable privacy laws, particularly when processing personal data of your customers or employees.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOTONOM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI agents will perform without errors or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time.

If you terminate: Your agents will be deactivated at the end of the current billing period. Data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.

If we terminate: We will provide reasonable notice unless termination is due to a violation of these Terms. In case of termination for cause, we may terminate immediately.

Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within the 30-day retention period.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your account.

The "Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
