Introduction
At Botonom, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our platform and services.

Account Information: Name, email address, company name, billing address, and payment details when you create an account.
Usage Data: How you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, agent configurations, and task logs.
Agent Interaction Data: Messages, commands, and files exchanged with AI agents. This data is used to provide the Service and improve agent performance.

Payment Data: Subscription payments are not collected through the Botonom platform. Where a paid engagement is invoiced, billing is handled by ARTPERPİXEL and we never store full card numbers.

Conversations handled by an agent may additionally be processed by the third-party AI model provider that agent runs on; the current list is available on request.

Bot protection on public forms
Our public forms (contact, demo and call requests) are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which tells people apart from automated submissions. Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical signals from your browser to make that decision. The check runs invisibly and never asks you to solve a puzzle. Cloudflare handles that data as described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum. We use Turnstile only to keep automated submissions out of our forms; it is not used for advertising or profiling.
