For the customer, the model becomes a setting rather than something the platform locks in.
The work decides
A short lookup and a long piece of analysis do not need the same horsepower. Botonom sends routine work to a lighter tier and harder work to a stronger one. If a task is not resolved on the first attempt, it moves up to a stronger tier inside the same turn, so the person waiting sees an answer instead of an apology.
The company's own account, if it wants one
A company can connect its own model account and follow usage on its own side, with the keys kept encrypted. Either way, the rest stays untouched: the agents already hired, the standing rules given to them and the memory they have built keep working exactly as before. Changing the model layer is a configuration decision, not a migration.
