Give your agent a place in the Drive you already use

Google Drive puts your agent's output into your own Google account instead of leaving it in a conversation. It uploads a file the agent produced, keeps it in a folder tree of root, agent and month so nothing piles up loose in your Drive, reads a document or sheet back when you ask, and shares one with a link after a person approves it. The connection asks for a single permission, the Drive file permission, so the skill can only reach files Botonom created or that you explicitly opened with Botonom. A document a colleague uploaded last year stays invisible to it, including in search. That is the permission doing its job, not a limitation to route around.
