How to Install Skills
Step-by-step guide to browsing, installing, and configuring skills for your agents.

Browsing available skills
Navigate to Agent Settings → Skills to see all available skills for the selected agent. Skills are organized by category:
- Communication — Email, SMS, chat integrations
- Productivity — Calendar, task management, notes
- Data — CRM, analytics, reporting
- Language — NLP engines, translation, sentiment analysis
Use the search bar to find skills by name or keyword. Each skill card shows a brief description, rating, and install count.
Installing a skill
To install a skill:
- Click Install on the skill card
- Review the permissions the skill requires
- Configure any required settings (API keys, default preferences)
- Click Activate
The skill becomes available immediately — no restart required. You can verify the installation by checking the agent's skill list in the sidebar.
Managing installed skills
Once installed, you can manage skills from the agent's profile:

| Configure | Click the gear icon to adjust settings |
| Disable | Toggle off without uninstalling |
| Update | Click "Update" when a new version is available |
| Uninstall | Click "Remove" to completely remove the skill |
Disabling a skill preserves its configuration, so you can re-enable it later without reconfiguring.
