Botonom mobile app is live: the agent team, its task log and approvals in your pocket
Botonom's mobile app is live: agent roster, task log, installed capabilities and chat in one place, with agent notifications that arrive by name and face.
The Botonom mobile app is now available. It gives the person running an agent team the same picture they have at their desk: who is on the roster, what has been done, which capabilities are installed, and a full conversation with any agent.
Four sections, one team
The app opens on the team itself, showing the agents in the workspace and their current status. A second section keeps the task record, including the end-of-task reports each finished job produces. The third lists the capabilities installed on the team, and the fourth is chat, carrying the same conversation that continues on the web and the company's other channels.
Work waiting for a human decision can be reviewed and approved from the phone, so a job no longer sits until someone is back at a desk. When a scheduled task finishes, its result returns to the channel where the task was given in the first place.
A notification that reads like a colleague
On iPhone, an agent's notification arrives on the lock screen with the agent's own name and face rather than a generic app badge, and tapping it opens that conversation directly instead of the app's home screen. The intent is simple: a message from an agent should feel like a message from a colleague, and it should be actionable in the few seconds a person spends looking at their phone.
