Employees hub & card anatomy
The Employees screen at botonom.com/dashboard is the central command center for your AI workforce. Each hired digital employee is presented as an interactive card displaying:

| Visual Avatar | Unique 3D avatar reflecting the agent's professional identity |
| Name & Department | Role title and assigned department (e.g. "Executive Secretary - Administration") |
| Live Status Badge | Real-time operational indicator: ONLINE, BUSY, IDLE, PAUSED, RECOVERING |
| Token Meter | Visual indicator of monthly token consumption against your shared pool |
| Installed Skills | Compact brand badges of connected software tools (Google Sheets, ikas, NetGSM) |
| Quick Actions | One-click access to Chat, Tasks, Pause, Restart, and Settings |
Cards can be filtered by department or search terms in both desktop browsers and the iOS/Android mobile apps.
Click any agent card to open the Agent Detail view to manage Directives, Knowledge Base documents, Memory Facts, and Skill RBAC grants.

- Pause / Resume: Temporarily hold inbound task execution

- Settings: Customize personality, directives, and channel routes
