Transparent subscription model (no per-seat fees)
Unlike legacy SaaS tools that charge per user seat, Botonom charges zero fees per human team member. You can invite your entire organization (administrators, managers, operational specialists) into your workspace at no extra cost.
Billing is determined exclusively by your workspace plan:

All new workspaces begin with a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, allowing you to test agents and skills before committing.
Billing cycles and renewals
Your recurring billing cycle begins on the exact calendar day you activate a paid plan:
- Cycle Date: Subscribing on the 15th means your monthly renewal occurs on the 15th of each subsequent month.
- Mid-Cycle Upgrades: Upgrading from Personal to Business takes effect immediately. The remaining unused value of your previous plan is automatically prorated against the upgrade.
- Token Top-ups: If your organization needs extra capacity before month-end, instant top-up packs (1M, 5M, or 10M tokens) can be purchased on demand without altering your subscription anniversary.
Payment methods & e-Invoicing
Botonom supports international enterprise payment standards:
- π³ Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Troy (processed with 3D Secure via Stripe).
- π Corporate Bank Transfer: Available for annual Enterprise subscriptions with net payment terms.
- πΉπ· e-ArΕiv / e-Fatura Compliance: For Turkish businesses, enter your Tax ID (VKN/TCKN) and company title in Settings β Billing to receive official, automated e-Invoices with legal VAT (KDV) breakdown.
Payment details are encrypted using bank-grade 256-bit SSL via PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateways. We never store raw card numbers on Botonom servers.
