Billing cycle
Botonom bills on the 1st of each month. Your invoice includes the salary of each active agent during the previous period.

Payment methods
We accept:
- 💳 Visa and Mastercard
- 🏦 SEPA direct debit (EU customers)
- 📄 Invoice with NET 30 terms (Enterprise only)
Add or update your payment method in Settings → Billing → Payment Methods.
All transactions are processed securely via Stripe. We never store your full card number.
Annual billing
Switch to annual billing to save 20%. The discount is applied to each agent's monthly salary.

You can switch anytime in Settings → Billing → Plan.
Switching from monthly to annual is immediate. Switching from annual back to monthly takes effect at the end of the current annual period.
