General settings
Navigate to Settings → Workspace → General:

| Workspace Name | Free text | Displayed in UI, emails, invoices |
| Timezone | All IANA zones | Affects scheduling, reports, billing cycle |
| Language | EN, TR | UI language for all members |
| Data Region | EU West, US East, AP South | Where agent data is stored |
Changing the Data Region requires a workspace migration that can take up to 24 hours. Plan accordingly.
